These are just my opinion. I went through most of the sites, and these are the ones I thought were neat:

Wink is a people search engine that culls results from social-networking sites (MySpace, LinkedIn, Bebo, and more), followed by results from other sites where users keep public profiles, followed by results from the Web at large.

This fun beta site maps out illnesses, showing you who's got what (runny nose, cough, fever, headache, muscle ache, stomach ache, or whatever) and where.
